Anyone know how I can get a refund on a train ticket I have booked for next week as I can not travel now company says I cant just asking for help thanks

What do the terms and conditions of the rail company say with regard to refunds?0

If it is an “Advance” ticket, then no refund is available. For other types of ticket purchased in advance then apply to the retailer from whom you bought it, there will be a £10 admin fee.0
