Hi there,
How do you pay your mortgage off in full?
We’ve got a new contract in our business that allows us to.
We have 20 years remaining as it stands.

Ask your mortgage company for a settlement figure for the mortgage, be aware there may be early redemption fees and other fees too.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

Hi there,
We have no other debts other than a mortgage.0 -
Ring them and ask what your ERC is etc. It may be that you can overpay 10% of the remaining owed now, penalty free (unless you've been overpaying already this year) and then clear it once your deal expires.
Congratulations!0 -
We have already repaid the amounts allowed
Without incurring a penalty.0
