Kent Reliance Advice Please

Hello All
We have just been allocated a S/O new build. Have used a broker who has been so helpful....we had Mortgage in Principle for Leeds which then got declined
Then Virgin - instant decline
I have an Arrangement to Pay on a credit card, all paid on time and nothing else adverse on mine or my partners credit files
Our broker applied for Kent Reliance as she said she could apply manually and explain situation with ATP
Today we have been accepted/agreed for Mortgage in Principle
Does anyone know how likely this is to go through okay now, they know the only negative thing and Broker said they were happy with everything else, she said she was 95% confident
Anyone else have any experience?
Don’t want to get too happy after the initial two declined
Thanks 🙏

check with kent reliance that the credit check has been done. I have had a case where someone is on an arrangement to pay and was told they have to have been out of it for 12 months before they would considerI am a Mortgage Adviser

Kent go after a different part of the market to Virgin/Leeds. Kent are more likely to do it than the others.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Kent is your best bet - make sure though that your broker has had the email confirming the case is accepted rather than it just showing up on their online tracking as accepted.
I have one where they put it was accepted on the online tracking but turned out they hadn't done a credit check for some reason only known to them. The email is the only true acceptanceI am a Mortgage Adviser

They emailed broker and said they were happy with the explanation i gave...i had changed jobs and i had 6 months of incorrect wages and called credit card as didn’t want to not pay...hence lowering payments
If they agree in Principle knowing all information, do you think they will offer?0 -
Yeah she read email to me0

Yeah search has appeared this morning
I think its them One Savings Ltd?!0 -
in that case you should be fine - mine didn't have a good enough reason for the arrangement to pay (maternity) but Kent are known for being flexible if there is a decent reason to be.

I have literally scoured credit files this afternoon and everything is green payments or settled accounts green
We have outstanding debt but it is all paid on time!
Hope so! My thinking is if the ATP was an issue surely they would have just declined at this stage?!0
