The overall Giveaway end date is noon December 20th 2019. Draws will take place on: 1st April 2019, 28th June 2019, 30th September 2019 and noon 20th December 2019. Each draw is subject to a minimum requirement of 1500 participants at the time of each draw date. All entries must be received before these dates and times. Do we need to enter again after the end of September? I won’t mark this as entered (or thank the post) if we do so I won’t think I’ve already entered when I come across it by end date. Usually I’d miss comps posted like this with the final end date rather than reposted for each draw. Makes me miss the weekly and monthly threads ��

My reading of this is that you need to enter every quarter. If somebody else would confirm that is how they read it too :-
Each draw is subject to a minimum requirement of 1500 participants at the time of each draw date. All entries must be received before these dates and times. Late entries will not be taken into consideration.

So really it needs posting with sept end date then posted as a new comp for December, so end date composers don’t loose out by not seeing it in time to enter before the September one.

Agreed, it would be better to post this as a new comp every quarter otherwise people who have already entered this quarter might miss the fact they've got to enter again (as they'll already have a green tick against it)
