DBS Check Previous Address Housesit?

Hello,
I am doing a basic DBS check for a new job I have agreed too. One of the questions is about my previous addresses. Obviously there is my birth home, and there is my current home. However for around 2 years, I effectively housesit my nan's house as she suffered dementia. I lived there, in body only though. All the bills remained in her name, attached to her bank account, I never changed my address on my drivers license (I know, I know) and what was supposed to be a 6 month stay turned into 2+ years.
Now I'm wondering, do I put this on the DBS or not? If I do, it'll flag up that i had an address which doesn't correspond to my identity documentation. If I don't, then things I've potentially had sent to that address and a police visit to discuss an assault I witnessed will flag up that I've lived there.
It's vitally important I don't mess this up, so I'm guessing the best option is to put it down on my check, but honestly I don't know.
Help....

Just decided to be honest and put it down. Worst case I'll explain it was an administrative error.0

I doubt it would come up on a DBS as an issue.
What might be an issue is it may flag with council tax if the house was listed as having someone in a care home as liable, which attracts a discount, when you should have been paying.0 -
You can put overlapping addresses. We check a lot of students and they put both parents and all their student lets.Signature removed for peace of mind0

DBS address form is used to check your identity. They don't care if there's an address you put down with nothing else attached.
They do care - in that it takes longer - if there's an address you don't put down which does have a record0
