Playstation 1 game / disc cleaning

I'm after a copy of Metal Gear Solid (the original) for Playstation 1. I have a copy that I bought 2nd hand but it crashes on the final credits at the end of disc 2 so I can't get the special items *so frustrating* I need to know where I can but a good condition copy cheap or if anyone knows a good method of fixing disks? I don't think this particular disk could be fixed due to the amount of scratches on it, but you never know.
