Not sure if there is anyone out there that is a UBER Eats Driver, but I just want to ask can you earn profit from it, as you have to pay for your own fuel costs.

From what I've read, the way Uber works is that in the main it relies on the ignorance of their drivers as to the true costs of running a car. I suggest you do your own sums very carefully.0
