Need some help.
Our mortgage was approved 16th Aug for the full amount and no conditions
How long does it take to get the offer by post?
Mortgage is coming from Santander. Know they have a backlog. The broker has asked for them to send the offer ASAP.

broker offer is available immediate. Solicitor offer takes 1-2 days. Client offer 3-5 days0
