All life's problems will only go away when we pop off this mortal coil and by that stage we are all equal again anyway so nobody really cares.

You sit their making judgments on other people without having the slightest idea about their education, their employment, their wages, their family circumstances, their health, their political persuasion, their location and consider that only you and others that have been lucky on the property market have got things right in their lives.

Stop being a Walt and get a real life mate.

I am not doing any of that, all I am trying to do is is suggest that at worst the prices of property
could revert 18 months tops, not 18 years like most of the HPC.com cultists are praying for.

How is bedsit life and the two decade wait for the "inevitable" property crash
How dumb to wait for that magical day.....

From this thread only, because I can't be bothered to search elsewhere for your comments.

Try looking at housepricecrash.com for a start, where some posters have now been at it for over 16 years, and that's only because it's the first time I came across that site. And I and many i others know for a fact that they post here often trying and failing to spread their negative depressing message.

I wouldn't bother wasting your time, the OP has been advised on numerous occasions to seek the psychiatric help that they obviously require to try and overcome their all consuming obsession with property prices, sadly for them to no avail.

What else would anyone be talking about on a forum called "Debate house prices" ?
The more important question would be why is anyone on here who doesn't want to talk about property prices.
Some people really are not all that bright

I'm all for reasoned and reasonable debate but between yourself and Crashy you polarise the argument but add little constructive value.

You're as bad as each other.

Think we should pitch you both onto here

Exactly, Triathlon's incessant, obsessive all consuming fixation with property prices makes the ''nutters'' on HPC appear open minded and capable of well rounded and rational, reasoned debate.
