Notice period when signed off sick

Options
I am currently signed off sick from the doctor.

I have been off nearly two weeks and have just over 2 weeks remaining.

If I were to hand my notice in, does the remaining sick leave count as part of my notice period? My notice period is 4 weeks so do I go back to work at the end of my sickness (assuming it's not extended again) and then work my 4 weeks or is this included so effectively i go back after my sickness and work 2 weeks?

Included. If you hand your notice in you're employed for the next 4 weeks, whether you're signed of or not doesn't change that.
