Yeah cos it's that easy. Sorry but this is not about my financial status
Well it kind of is as your using it as a reason to reduce the amount you have to pay. You brought it up in the first place.
  • No. If I have to pay, I will, but I was wondering if it is possible to pay in installments, that's all

£100 and 3 points per ticket. The courts have the discretion of treating it as a single offence if the fines were picked up on the same journey and generally within minutes of each other but you'd probably need a solicitor to plead your case so it'll unlikely be any cheaper for you in the end.

The op has further complicated that by breaking two different speed limits.

As has been said, you brought it up. You are not going to survive on £500 a month.

Assuming you're over 25 and assuming minimum wage, it sounds like you're working 2 days a week.

Not for fixed penalty notices. However you may be offered a course for one offence.
  • Which means that I only have to pay for one? I'm scared and confused

Yeah i think see how it pans out and take it from there.

I'd be admitting it, not taking it to court and see what follows.

I don't think that actually matters as long it was a similar offence.

You have to pay for the course. Typically around £90. That can't be paid in instalments but will avoid points for one of the offence.

How long have you had a full driving licence?

Going to be hard to say if it's a single offence without knowing the roads and junctions between to two alleged offences.
