Where can you get a free drink?

I've had the following free drinks from the places below at some point by using either an app, loyalty card or signing up to a mailing list:

Pitcher and Piano - Gin & tonic
Great British Pubs - Gin & tonic
All Bar One - Gin & tonic
Ember Inns - Gin & tonic
Greene King - glass of Wine
Greggs - bottle of Lucozade
Greggs - Tea/Coffee
McDonalds - Tea/Coffee
Benugo - Tea/Coffee
John Lewis - Tea/Coffee (ongoing)
Ikea - Tea/Coffee (ongoing)
Caffe Nero - Tea/Coffee (ongoing)
Waitrose - Tea/Coffee (ongoing - but now requires a purchase)

Please add any other places that I've missed or not thought of where you've had a free drink and how you got it.

Cornucopia

Subway - free hot drink with loyalty card - repeatable as often as you like for 100 points each drink. (100 points = £10 spend or £5 spend if you visit at least every 7 days).

Kfc if you download the app they give you free stamps to get a free drink or ice cream ect

Saetana

Pitcher and Piano - if you sign up to their emails you get a monthly drink offer, sometimes its a free drink (this month is free G&T) and sometimes its a BOGOF offer.
