Buy to let to Family and Building is steel framed built 1909

Hello
Does anyone know of any building soicety/socieites who would look in principle - at a "Buy to let to family" on a hosue built 1909 with a "steel frame construction."

There are so many lenders I wondered if anyone has had this experieince and can point us in the right directionof who to approach.

Have you spoken to a broker?
The chances of any one on this forum having done this mix is pretty remote.
