Transferring home ownership

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any great ideas on the following:
I own a home worth £280k, mortgage £130k
Other half owns a home of £265k, mortgage £150k
I like to do up houses as a second income, so mine would go up for sale to fund the next project, however we have decided we rather live in my current home than hers. Is there a way we could reduce fees and stamp duty if she sold hers, then I transferred ownership of mine to her, freeing me up to purchase another? I refuse to pay the 2nd home stamp duty so the only other option is to live in her house which we dont like.
Is there a way to transfer home ownership to a spouse on the cheap?
