Does anyone have any experience with Vida mortgages please? If so, how long does it normally take?

There is no normal with these types of lenders. If you are going to vida, you could be a prime customer but self employed with one years accounts or you could be an ex bankrupt with 5 defaults.
The time will depend on how complex your case is, but realistically you are probably talking 2 weeks as a ball park (could be quicker or slower).I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Great, thank you for the guideline ACG. We are told they started looking at it yesterday, but it went in on the 7th.0
