Cleaning black stains of of PVC windows

I live in a shared uni house and over christmas we didn't clean our bathroom very well so when we came to do a deep clean after we all returned in january we moved our toothbrush holder and a facemask pot and uncovered two large black circle marks (presumably some sort of condensation mark as the bathroom was very damp over winter?) on the PVC window frame. We tried to clean them with typical household products like detol and surface cleaner but they haven't moved- we're moving out at the end of August and we are trying to fix this before so our deposit isn't affected- does anybody have any tips on how to get the stains out?

Have you tried bleach? (Test the upvc first in a small area out of sight in case the bleach reacts with the plastic and makes things worse.)


I've used this on mould in the powder drawer of my washing machine and it works pretty well.
