If I wanted to go for a Mortgage where I had no restrictions regarding overpayment, what is the best one to go for please?

My first direct mortgage allows me to make unlimited overpayments.
However I would still be charged an ERC if I pay the mortgage in full within the fixed rate period.2017 £4231.40/£4231.40 (100%)

2020 £2290.17/£2290.17 (100%)

The only time I had no restrictions was when I was out of my deals, (eg, 2 3 or 5 year deals)and on Standard Variable Rate.Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030 :eek: Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190
