  • It's brexit uncertainty on top of Deustcher bank FIFTY TRILLION derivative book imploding.

Plus the trade war with China, and the currency debasement race to debase.

Currency wars, trade wars civil unrest.

All pointing towards lower property and higher silver and gold prices

Mass civil u rest spreading around the world, we hear about Paris yellow vest freedom fighters spreading to other parts of the world.

Then Hong Kong is shown in the news, it there are many other civil unrest movements around the world that are underreported.

All this does have an affect on financial markets and property markets.

If I was a property owner, which I am not, I would consider selling now while prices are still high.

The world scene is getting worse, we are long overdue a big down turn.
Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future

And where do you suggest all of these property owners live once they have sold up?

Capital gains tax puts most people off selling.

Nothing better illustrates the monomania of the crashtroll than the insistence that everything's about house prices.
