Freezing baby puree

Hi all,
This is my first post so be gentle!!
I've recently started weening my baby and although I'm making a lot of it myself, I've decided to buy pouches of puree which contain fruit / food I wouldn't usually buy (like Guava for example) so he's still experiencing those flavours. I've noticed that the Ella's Kitchen ones say use within 48 hours but suitable for freezing, the Aldi ones say use within 48 hours but don't mention freezing and the Sainsburys ones say discard anything not eaten and specifically say do not freeze. Realistically, I'm most likely to buy Sainsburys own brand whilst I get the rest of our shopping but as we've only just started, there's over half a pouch left when he's full and so I'd like to freeze the remainder into ice cubes. Surely an apple puree, for example, from Ella's Kitchen is the same as an apple puree from Aldi and Sainsburys and therefore I could freeze any of them? They all say contains 100% apple.
Thanks in advance!

Hello!
Your best source is the NHS site which gives chapter & verse on food safety for babies, including what can be frozen and for how long.
The reason that one supermarket may say 'do not freeze' is because they have already frozen and defrosted it.
I would also say that experiencing 'real' food that you have pureed (and can freeze) is as good a taste experience as exotic fruits, although of course it's good to have the odd pouch tucked away for a difficult day( I'm a mum of 4,& nan to 3)0
