I bought a couple of large mangoes at the weekend, they weren't quite ripe at the time and they don't seem to be ripening now
Any ideas how to speed things up, I'e got them next to some Bananas at the moment

Try popping them in a paper bag with the bananas. Then the gases which the bananas give off to help ripening will be contained in the bag therefore concentrated.
It might help - I think I heard that tomatoes do the same thingYou could chuck one in just in case
