Can my payments be included in Partners mortgage aplication.

I have terrible credit and have no chance of getting a mortgage.
The mortgage on our house is solely in my partners name due to this. We are not married and we have an 18 month old baby and split all expenses (inclucing mortgage payments) 50/50 and I transfer this to her on a monthly basis.
If we want to move and need a bigger mortgage is my partner allowed to include the money I send her as part of the calculation? It amounts to around £700 a month and can this not be considered rental income and child maintenance payments?
I pay this by standing order and we have history showing this going back years (increasing in value now the baby is in nursery)
Will it depend on individual mortgage providers policies?
Thanks

it is not income nor guaranteed say by an employer, so unlikely"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Thank you for the quick replies and they are in line with what I expected.
I have seen somewhere online that some lenders consider child maintenance payments into account - so it seems we be better off to split up!0 -

You misunderstand the reasoning why the won't accept it or the scenario you describe.
The danger for them is that you could have a claim on the property if you are contributing anything.0 -
I did sign a letter when we remortaged last year stating I have no claim over the property - if that makes any difference?0
