Ok so im still inputting my debt foe our BR and my question is does it matter if i list the same debt twice. For example : i have debt with Marks and Spencer which ive listed but also have letters from Intrum acting on thier behalf and theyve added thier fee which makes the balance difference. Can i list M&S and Intrum as two separate creditors? Or do i leave it with m&s..... Plus if i do it by accident with another company will it matter (its hard to keep up with who has what now!) hope this makes sense?! Thanks xx

If your debt has been sold on by M&S then it’s the debt collecting firm that now own the debt so you should list them as your creditor, not M&S.

Your debts only need to be exact if there’s a prospect of a return. If not, don’t worry too much about it.

'prospect of a return'? What does that mean please?
