Auction Website

I'm currently setting up an auction website where it's FREE to list items, it's primarily for the IT community, you only pay when the items sell, there is no listing fee and no membership fee. It works in a similar way to another well known auction site but is a fraction of the cost, the idea is to allow people to get rid of their old computers and other IT related goods very cheaply or even pick up a bargain.
I have also set up facility for shops to sell online and this is where the money will come from to run the site, so if you have a business but dont have an online presence then nows your chance.
I wont post the URL yet because I don't want to spam the boards however if a moderator would like to PM me I can give you the URL and you can have a look yourself to see if it's passable to post here, I've seen the section on turning your old items in to cash but don't want to trample on any toes or upset the powers that be.
If there was an auction website that offered free listings and only charged on a successful sale would you use it? I may be open to expanding this outside the IT community and adding sections if the demand was there, any thoughts?
regards
