Who'd have thought it? The MTV 2 Show Gonzo has reached the grand old age of five and to celebrate their birthday they're throwing a huge dirty, debauched rock and roll party with Queens Of The Stone Age headlining....and we're giving away tickets every day this week!
The bash takes place on December 6 at the Shephards Bush Pavilion with free booze, free cake, and most importantly free live music from Josh Homme and co.

It's not Dave Grohl, he only drummed on the album 'Songs for the deaf' and this was on 'Rated R'. I think it's Alfredo Hernandez but don't quote me yet - trying to find out!

**Edit** On the album the drummer is credited as Gene Trautmann. So I guess it's him in the video? If I'm wrong please tell me!

I think it is Alfredo Hernandez - I looked on YouTube on the vid & one of the bloggers on there said that it's him!

Yea that's what I saw on You Tube which made me think it was him at first. I'm so confused because it's someone else on the album and I guessed it would be the same for live/videos.

I think though that as the question is 'who is the guest drummer'... It's likely that it's not their usual drummer???

Hmm I watched it Youtube! Couldn't actually see the drummer properly...Very blury!

True, but they seem to have guest drummers all the time - change them more than their underwear! I would go with Alfredo Hernandez then...

The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret" is the album's first single and is probably one of the more accessible tunes on the record. It features Homme's trademark relaxed vocals and melodic, plucky guitar playing overlying a steady tempo that runs through the whole song. Oliveri and drummer Gene Trautmann barely change their play through the entire song, but when the chorus rumbles into play, the sound is undeniably more heavy. This is Queens' greatest strength: the ability to fool the listener into hearing something that is not there.
