I would save enough to be able to give notice then look for jobs whilst serving your notice if it's finacially viable. Look at the future also pension etc job security as you said.0

For me, yes, I am sticking it out in a job that I'm disliking more each week. But I am in spitting distance of retirement, so I'm just sitting it out until then.
I loved the job at first, but it's become so pressurised recently, with more and more work being expected of us (team of about 10) whilst still meeting statutory timescales. We have 35% more work than this time last year, and about 25% more work expected on each of those tasks. It is very stressful.
BUT, the office is decent, it is a very short commute from home, they have allowed me to change my working hours to suit me (now doing 7am to 3pm) so I can help with school pick ups for my granddaughter if necessary, and the team is brilliant. The pay is reasonable - not huge, but not underpaid for the role.
However, in your situation, given how young you are, and that this is the first job you have, I'd say no. The cons you have laid out (for me) would far outweigh the pros, even with the excellent suggestions that have been offered in terms of using the downtime to study etc. (Although I do love the idea of having the dog with you for company- that might swing it for me )
