Terms and Conditions
1. This competition closes at 12.30pm on Friday 2nd January 2008.
2. The competition winner will receive return flights from London to New York for 2, comprising of three nights stay at the 4* Time Hotel New York, helicopter tour of New York for 2, admission to the Rockerfeller 360 Degree Observation Deck for 2 and £200 spending money. If for any reason the promoter is unable to secure a booking at Time Hotel New York, an alternative hotel of equal standing in New York will be found.
3. The promotion is open to residents of the UK only aged 18 and over.
4. The promotion is not open to employees of Casio Electronics Co. Limited or Universal Studios, their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion.
5. Only one entry is allowed per person, no bulk or third party entries.
6. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside Casio's control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Casio retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. The winners will be notified within seven days of the closing date. The winners are required to accept the prize within seven days of notification.
9. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.
10. Casio cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any entrant(s) as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize or damage to the entrant(s) or any other person's computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the promotion.
