Prickly Heat- advice

Every year suffer from prickly heat on holiday. Have tried changing different sun lotions but didn't seem to make a difference. Always end up spending lots of tablets/lotions when abroad to try and ease it.
What is it best for me to take from here to help with symptoms so that I'm prepared this year for when I'm on holiday. Thanks

I take antihistamine tablets and use Piz Buin allergy sun cream, I also find aloe vera gel helps.

I always take antihistamines with me. I've always suffered from prickly heat but last year I managed two holidays in hot climates without prickly heat using antihistamines and Altruist sun lotion (available on Amazon).

I suffer from prickly heat. I always start to take antihistamines two weeks before my holiday and while I'm there.

I get it every year, in the winter even the rash is still there visibly but isn't active sensation wise.

A daily anti histamine was recommended by my GP for the summer and it hasn't bothered me once this year.

Good old fashioned calamine lotion works well
