Can I claim my fees back please?

Hi everyone, me and my husband changed our mortgate in June this year. We didn't change lender, but changed our mortgage to a different product. We were charged £399 as a Product Reservation Fee. Although on the paperwork it says not refundable, is it possible to claim this back?
Hope someone can help, thanks.

Unless the fee's were not made clear before you changed product, then you won't be able to claim them back as you agreed to them and therefore have no grounds to reclaim them.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. No you won't. If you don't want to pay fees then you have the option to select such a product (if they have one) which will be at a higher rate, or move onto their SVR, which will be at a (much) higher rate.0
