The Promoter will also donate to a selected charity $5,000 AUD / NZD / CAD / $3,500 USD / £3,000 GBP / €3,000 EUR, being the “Gifted Portion”.

(“Gifted Portion”) is a cash donation to charity as part of the Major Prize, as stipulated above depending on the prize option. The winner also has the option to gift the entire prize to charity. This will be donated to the Major Prize winner’s selected Tomorro partner charity if one has been nominated by the Entrant during entry or otherwise the charity as selected by ROKT in its sole discretion, as applicable, as set out below:

ROKT shall be entitled to rely on the earlier instructions of the winner in distributing the applicable portion of the prize to the nominated eligible charitable institution. The prize will be awarded based on the Entrant’s postcode that was used in the winning entry and checked using I.P. Geolocation. The winner’s region must match their physical location and actual place of residence.

For Australian residents, to account for any pricing fluctuations of the cars selected in the tables below (which have been quoted including on-road costs) if required in addition to the voucher the prize will include applicable Australian State or Territory mandatory charges for the winner’s chosen vehicle from the list below, including twelve (12) months registration in the place of residence of the winner, 12 months third party compulsory insurance, on road costs, applicable stamp duty and dealer delivery costs, dependent upon the usual residential address of the winner, up to the value of $5,000 AUD (Mandatory Charges Component).
