Why did I get rejected for a loan?

Ignore the scores, its the data thats important.
No missed payments/defaults at all? No history of payday loans?
Are you paying minimum payments on the cards?
Homeowner? Mortgage amount?0 -
Rent - £325 per month - always paid in full.
I've never had a payday loan or been in anywhere near a bad enough situation for one.
I have never missed a payment on anything ever. Always set up the direct debit so that didn't happen.
I think it worries me that when I do apply for a mortgage this could be a problem as I got rejected for a £7,000.

I paid for the Experian account was not in bad standing with any company.
I was just a bit confused as I was deemed 90% likely to be accepted by experian but maybe that is not good to go on.
Have you checked Transunion and Credit Karma ?0 -

Hi floratheexplorer,
I'm just wondering if you have checked your eligibility for a Balance Transfer card instead of a loan?

Hi - yes the cards I have now are from a long line of balance transfers from other cards from years ago.
The reason I have three credit cards is that I have never been able to get all my debt onto one card. Which is why I wanted the big loan to cover the £7,000 if that makes sense.
I've never had any bother getting a credit card. The loan application was my first ever rejection (financially!)Willing2Learn wrote: »Hi floratheexplorer,
