I phoned and was given a date for resolution 23rd September and backdated tariff adjustment to reflect excessive tariff rates so hopefully that will be all sorted0 -
Sorry to intrude on your thread, paul2louise, and I hope you have things sorted very soon. It is kind of you to do this for your MiL and, now the Eon reps on here are involved, I think you may begin to get somewhere.
