Solitcitor Benificial interest ?

Hi

A good friend is helping me buy back beneficial interest in my house and not sure if I need a solicitor to advise?

Is it a simple process as pretty skint due to using some savings to pay the BI

Advice appreciated

Very simple, no solicitor required. OR does all the paperwork.
