Nectar points - best value when redeeming?

I have Nectar points. I have never redeemed them. However, I am wondering if I should use them for shopping at Sainsbury or are there better offers on the Nectar website?


I do shop at Argos and on eBay, but more so at Sainsburys.


They have a tie up with LNER, so not sure if I should get a train ticket as a treat.

They may do another double-up promotion around November in Sainsbury's, like previous years.

So your points would be worth double the value.

Didn't they say that last year's promotion would be the final one? For that reason, I ended up using mine up at Argos.

Sainsburys didn't say that, no. That was what people assumed. We'll see come November!

OP - I'd suggest holding on to your Nectar points until then as, if the double up offer runs, it is the best value use of the points I've found.
