Nectar points - best value when redeeming?

I have Nectar points. I have never redeemed them. However, I am wondering if I should use them for shopping at Sainsbury or are there better offers on the Nectar website?
I do shop at Argos and on eBay, but more so at Sainsburys.
They have a tie up with LNER, so not sure if I should get a train ticket as a treat.

They may do another double-up promotion around November in Sainsbury's, like previous years.
So your points would be worth double the value.0 -

Sainsburys didn't say that, no. That was what people assumed. We'll see come November!
OP - I'd suggest holding on to your Nectar points until then as, if the double up offer runs, it is the best value use of the points I've found.0
