This month we’ve teamed up with award winning condiments company, Rubies in the Rubble to offer 6 lucky winners a selection of their delicious goodies.
Each winner will get to try out their tomato ketchup, made using 1/3 surplus pairs, plant-based plain and chilli mayo, made using surplus aquafaba (chickpea water) from hummus suppliers throughout the UK as well as a selection of their award winning relishes including apple relish and sweet and sticky chilli onion relish all using surplus fruit and vegetables in every jar
