    Really ?? That’s interesting, thank you. I’d have to make a claim through the FSCS as TML went bust some time ago. Do you know if the FSCS are also treating non advised cases in this way ?

    The FSCS dont publish in the same way as the FOS. They only give the overall uphold rates and they are very low at 5% on mortgages missale complaints.

    The FSCS do have a lower standard to be met than the FOS. Its closer to the courts compared to the FOS who are slightly more consumer biased as they consider fairness.
