Really ?? That’s interesting, thank you. I’d have to make a claim through the FSCS as TML went bust some time ago. Do you know if the FSCS are also treating non advised cases in this way ?0

The FSCS dont publish in the same way as the FOS. They only give the overall uphold rates and they are very low at 5% on mortgages missale complaints.
The FSCS do have a lower standard to be met than the FOS. Its closer to the courts compared to the FOS who are slightly more consumer biased as they consider fairness.0
