OOOHH guys who the heck have I become. Got paid yesterday and ive gambled all the money away. This is not me, what am I doing!! that's it, ive contacted some of the companies I owe money to today to get payment plans set up so that's one thing sorted I suppose. ive deleted all the gambling sites...NO MORE!! It was nice to have winnings but its rubbish/stressful/suicidal when they've all gone. IM TELLING MYSELF THERE ARE MORE WAYS TO MAKE SOME EXTRA CASH!! I just need to stick to it and find they ways. Any help and advice would be much appreciated.
Ive decided to start some sort of blog too...I just don't know where to start with that neither.
OOOOH LIFE! Things can only get better right?!

That's the thing. I don't really spend any money. My credit cards etc are just general life spending from the last few years. Its only the last couple of months ive really used the gambling sites. I'm definitely done with that side of things. Once ive paid my outstanding things once I get paid. I just find myself with no money left
like now, I have been paid yesterday, money all gone on council tax arrears. my cards are maxed out (ive set up a payment plan for them now) but i'l be in the same boat next payday - wont have the council tax arrers but will still have the payment plans going out of my account. its just never ending!0 -
Definitely do an SOA asap. It will help to have your finances set out that way
There's evidence that gambling can be successfully treated in the same way as other addictions and that CBT usually has the best results. You can access CBT via an IAPT from your GP.

I also am struggling to find myself at the minute, i feel like i have more to give in life, working in a mechanic garage in the reception being paid minumim wage is getting me nowhere.0 -
