I need £62000 NOW!

Hi Guys, picking brains time.
My brother is law is going to take over a business but needs to pay £72,000
He has paid £10,00 and my mother in law has now applied for equity release. This has all been approved and is going swimmingly however, the money will not be with us until 20th August. My brother in law needs the £62,000 by the 6th August. Have any of you lovely people any ideas or contacts where £62,00 can be borrowed NOW

This all sounds like a big mistake involving family. Your BiL should have sourced the funds through a legitimate business loan. Getting £62K in 5 days, no chance.

I am concerned for your mother in law. Has she taken independent financial advice about the equity release and does she understand the full implications. Is she also, prepared to, ose the money if the business collapses ? Brother in law has very little money, is buying into a business in a strange hurry and expecting someone else to fund him- I'm seriously concerned here about coercion.

I may be able to help.

I have an uncle in Nigeria who sadly passed away recently. Due to complex inheritance laws over there, I can't get his 50 million USD estate out of the country. If you'd be prepared to let me channel it through your UK bank account, you can keep 10% of it for your trouble. If this is of interest, please PM me with your account details, the money will be in your bank within 24 hours. May God bless you.

OP, have you really entered into a business without ensuring that the finance is in place beforehand?

You mistakenly put down £62,000 which there is no chance of getting, but your actual end figure of £62.00 is attainable go to one of the loan company's that will be able to give you that amount at probably 1000% interest.

Great that your BIL has put down £10.00 though

Your mother in law should take independent financial advice on what to do before committing and what to do when this ill thought out venture fails.:(

Furthermore, I predict a forthcoming spam attack from Jeandinant, who has joined today, made no posts but thanked the OP for their "useful" post :-)
