TSB breach of loan agreement?

I have a loan with TSB.
One of the features of the loan is the ability to take two repayment holidays a year.
I have only tried to take one repayment holiday before and that was at the time of their online banking system breakdown so I assumed the reason I couldn't apply for one was due to their issues.

That was until today when I tried to apply for a repayment holiday for this month. When I go to put in my password I get this message:

"We're sorry, but the details you entered aren't in the right format. Please check them and try again"

This was the same message I got when I previously tried to take a repayment holiday. I've tried different net browsers, the app and my phones browser but I get the same message with each one so it is not a browser compatibility issue and must be at their end.

If they sold me a loan with a repayment holiday feature but have not provided me with the actual goods where do I stand? Would I have grounds for claiming I have been miss-sold a product?

I have yet to speak with them but I intend on doing so tomorrow I just wanted to get a heads up as to my rights if they say they cant give me a repayment holiday over the phone and I cant apply for one through my online bank.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like what you think is the password isn't. You need to speak to them to find out.

Inability to access a feature because you do not have the correct password is not a breach of the agreement.

Until you know the reason you are unable to access no one can give you any further advice... contact TSB see what they say and take it from there

None. Miss-sold in respect of a financial product has a specific definition and your circumstances do not cover it.

A simple phone call to their loans department will put you right.
Just make sure you give them enough time to put the repayment holiday in place.
