    Leeds, C&G for 2 year fix and as Dan said Nationwide for 5 year fix

    unless you have a small mortgage and high income and can clear your
    debt in two / three years i would go for a five year fixed with the
    current market !!
    think about offset it you have savings of 25 / 30 % of your mortgage!!
    then save into isa,s ( cash) and overpay mortgage
