Best home/DIY teeth whitening options?

Hi all,

I am looking for a home teeth whitening option.

I dont need a piano keyboard/Hollywood type smile, i just need maybe to remove light staining. Having said that i want to do it safely, without abrasion etc.

Is thjis doable,is it safe, what should i use?

I had a look on the supermarket shelves and there is a plethora of options from toothpastes and gels to kits.

Input from dental professionals is very welcome

Thanks
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

If its just light staining you want removing then perhaps worth visiting your dental hygienist for a deep clean? I know my teeth end up looking significantly cleaner/whiter after every visit to the hygienists.

Otherwise, for teeth whitening done in a safe & effective manner, it should be done by your dentist. They usually show you a white shade chart and you select a shade which you're happy with.

The best way to whitening teeth is going to a dentist for professional teeth whitening. If it's just light staining, could you not visit a hygienist for a clean to get rid of the stains?
