mortgage provider address?

Hi,

Stupid question here.

I need to provide my solicitor the mortgage provider address.

Do I give them the mortgage correspondence address, my bank branch address or the head office address?

I asked my mortgage advisor and he gave me the branch and head office address which doesn't really answer my question!

Thanks.

San

Generally speaking I put the head office address down. As long as they have phone numbers/e-mails they will be able to sort it out.

They'll want wherever your account is administered from (for the purposes of getting redemption statements / title deeds), but if it's one of the main lenders they'll be able to figure it out. The account number is more important.
