Hi,
I've had an app in for a little while now, I recieved an update that a valuation has been instructed. Is this a good sign? I read older posts saying this may happen first, before underwriting, but I'm not charged for the valuation. How does this work? Do they not lose if the credit checks / affordability Fail AFTER valuation?
