Secured loan second charge is not who we pay

So, going back a few years we took out a Picture loan, who went bump. Moved to Webb, Idem and now with Mars Capital. We are now in position to pay this off using a normal mortgage to clear.
But the second charge on the property is in the name of Endeavour Personal Finance. Therefore who gets paid??
