The Prize
The winner will receive a 14 day Bluegrass, Bourbon and Horse County selfdrive tour for 2. Starting and ending in Nashville. Standard accommodation
on room only basis and flights with British Airways in economy class from
London Heathrow are included. Along with Alamo car hire in a medium
category intermediate car, with fully inclusive insurance.
The holiday must be taken between 21 January 2020 and 11 December 2020.
The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from
airports or stations in the UK, food and drink, petrol/diesel, spending money,
taxes payable in resort or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in
addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of
the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and the person travelling
with them will be available to travel and that each holds a valid biometric
passport (with chip (E-passport)), an ESTA or any necessary visa, adequate
travel insurance for the holiday and submitted advanced passenger
information (API) in advance of travel, so as to be able to travel on their
chosen travel date.
The holiday must be booked by 30 September 2019 and all permitted travel
dates are subject to availability until the booking has been confirmed by
Thomas Cook.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize
of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control
makes it necessary to do so.
There’s no cash or other alternative to the prize, and it must be taken as
offered. The winner must be one of those who travels.
Once the booking is confirmed no changes to the booking are permitted.
Thomas Cook Tour Operations Ltd booking conditions will apply to the
