Hi,
So I keep on getting cold calls (several times a week) from these lot trying to get me in for a IVA when I only have less than <1400 on a bike loan and credit card and not in any serious issues with it.
I tell them to take a hike but they keep on calling, has anyone else come across them?

If it were me, I would simply block their number...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Keep wasting as much of their time as you can
"Speak up , it's a very bad line "
"Sorry still cannot hear you "
"I'm bankrupt , can I still do this " at the end of the call

Report them to the ICO https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/nuisance-calls-and-messages/spam-texts-and-nuisance-calls/"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Google dosent bring up a company with that exact name, a quick search of the FCA register using that exact name brings up various companies operating under various trading names, only three of which are still authorised by the FCA, and they are, edebtplan.co.uk, Faith Financial, and yourdebtsolution.
So assuming moneyadvice.co.uk is the correct trading name, they are doing buisness without FCA authorisation.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
