Mortgage after bankruptcy

Hi,
I was made bankrupt 3 years ago and am now 2 years discharged. I have inheritance money which I didn’t think I would, so now have a 15% deposit towards a 170k property and earn 40k.
Do I have any chance under these circumstances? And if so what conditions would I be looking at?
Thanks everyone

you need a broker to match you to a lender given your history"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

A 15% deposit is probably a little bit light at the minute. I would say you either need to up the deposit to around 25/30% or hold fire until you have been discharged for 3 year.
If you are holding fire, maybe also try to up your deposit. It will go in your favour if you can evidence some saved deposit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I had an enquiry recently almost udentic to yours. As suggested above 2 years discharged with 15% deposit is likely a no goer.
It will start getting better once you are discharged for 3 years.0
