You are spot on! Absolutely unbelievable that such a basic request (P60 equivalent information for a tax year in question) isn’t able to be delivered. I am asked to call again next year if l want another BR735 (oh joy). Tempting just to (in my case) take one week at the previous level of SP and add this to 51 x new-level and simply use my own figures.

At least one can get some idea from the HMRC Personal Tax Account. Indeed, now, the SP figure in my PTA is the only figure there that bears any resemblance to the possible truth. That said, in my, partial, first year of SP (about four months) HMRC insisted that my total SP for that tax year was just one week's-worth.



But that's a different grouse...:)
