If a property is purchased through Ltd company is shareholders name registered on land registry?

No, the company name would be all that's registered. Though the shareholder details would be available via Companies House (assuming you're talking about a UK registered company). Why do you ask?0

there are people who wish to invest in limited company to purchase property but do not own a property0 -

Presumably the SDLT relief. No, it wouldn't be affected if they haven't owned property in their own name - though bear in mind that the SDLT payable by a limited company isn't at standard rates either.Lover_of_Lycra wrote: »What first time buyers right?0 -
