Doorstep Loan Account

Back in 2015 I lost my job and had a break down and got into thousands of pounds worth of debt. One of which was a doorstep loan with a company called CLC Finance, agent told me I was declined but he said I looked like a good lad and convinced them to overturn the decline lent me £100, I paid the first payment but then had no income. But this one company CLC finance has reported late payments for the past 44 months with no default date.
Can someone help me please?
Any advice would be super appreciated.

And you want them to default you, is that the goal here ?
You should write and complain that your account should have been defaulted after between 3/6 missed payments, as per CONC Guidelines.
You say you have other debts, have you organised a solution yet or are you just treading water with them, i assume your still not working ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. These sort of games always make me mad. It is nothing less than preying on the vulnerable and profiting from them. Truly disgusting behaviour.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it

CLC Finance
What is their FCA / FRN number - from their letterhead? It looks like you may have been one of their first customers. Wondering if their paperwork was up to scratch back then.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

Good point, a CCA request will allow you to find out.
