Branded Surveys Redeem issues - anyone else having them?

Hi
Just wondered if anyone else was having problems redeeming points with Branded Surveys?
I have done all the relevant verifications and can get as far as the redeem points button, but when I try to redeem I keep getting a message stating "an internal error has occurred".
I am trying to redeem via Paypal
Anyone else having this problem at all?

It is working fine for me. You require 1,000 approved points to qualify for redemption. If you are having a problem, then I suggest you contact support. You can raise a support ticket from the page linked below:

Hi, yes I'm at 1500 points.
Have sent an email and amazingly got a response asking me to try again, which I have but still not working. They are still looking into it
